We're actively looking for amazing people like you to join our team! SEO at Nextiva is a team sport. You will be a part of the demand generation team, with a focus on paid and organic channels to drive inbound contribution to pipeline and revenue. You'll collaborate closely with sales, content, design, front-end development, product marketing, ops, technology and various senior leaders to help Nextiva soar to a 40% YoY growth rate in one of the most competitive industries out there - UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service). This is a robust, zero-fluff kind of role - you are a get your hands dirty executioner, with no shame in rolling up your sleeves and getting into the trenches. You will do keyword research, structure information architecture for landing pages, build content briefs, work on paid marketing campaigns, support link building and co-marketing campaigns, and much more. Your main goals will be supporting SEO, Paid Marketing, ABM, Demand Generation and Lead Generation for our direct sales business segment. This role reports to our Director of Demand Generation, and works within a demand generation team of 9 highly experienced marketers. Here's Exactly What You'll Do:
Focus on content strategy and execution that meets SEO goals across all areas of the funnel Perform extensive landing page audits and blog content refreshes - you will monitor and measure the SEO impact of the content updates and report this back to the team Play a critical role in link building, external content strategy and co-marketing partnerships with various SaaS companies and affiliate partners Help build vertical specific content e.g. - landing pages, blog articles and advertising collateral - that will serve segment goals - for example, VoIP for real estate brokers Work with copywriters and copyeditors to ensure adherence to quality standards, especially within the context of SEO and demand generation You will listen to sales calls regularly and report insights back to the demand generation organization Work with UX Designers, Animators and Video team to facilitate execution of creatives Participate in growth experiments such as split testing landing pages, pricing page optimization, live chat optimization and more Work with our ABM team on various outbound marketing & sales campaigns targeting larger, high-value accounts Leverage tools like Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope and Screaming Frog, Sitebulb and more to execute on various growth marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar growth marketing role, B2B SaaS experience preferred Knowledge of Advanced SEO tactics - e.g. Semantic / Entity / Topic modeling, keyword research, content hierarchies that meet searcher satisfaction Strong understanding of Google SERP analysis, and breaking down searcher intent, then aligning content back to searcher intent needs Strong knowledge of Google's UX playbooks - understanding of how the user experience impacts SEO, conversion rates and site performance Alien-like copywriting skills for SEO and Google Text Ads - title tag optimization, headers, sub-headers, meta descriptions and social open graph tags Ability to write engaging and EYE-POPPING headlines for social media, article headers and ad-copy Advanced knowledge of effective content promotion strategies - e.g. going above and beyond post and pray Significant experience with WordPress is also required for this role Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot is strongly preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
