Job summaryEvery week, thousands of Solutions Architects (SAs) run hundreds of hands-on ImmersionDay engagements with customers, helping them understand AWS Services through exploration and interactivity.
These events build customer confidence in AWS Services, and help them understand how those services solve their business and technical problems.
The Solutions Architecture Customer Engagements team owns the ImmersionDay Program, and the products that power these engagements.
We are looking for a Program Manager to work with the ImmersionDay Product Manager and Engagement Architects to help scale the ImmersionDay program.
You will identify gaps in current content areas, and work with Solutions Architects, Tech Leaders, and subject matter experts across AWS to onboard new content areas into the program.
Content accuracy and freshness are critical attributes for our programs, and you will manage our content lifecycle processes, ensuring ImmersionDay content is up to date, reliable, and aligned to customer outcomes.
You'll create and own regular communication to stakeholders, conveying information about the program as well as the impact and benefits.
You'll also work with the team to promote awareness of the program, both internally and externally.
Our ideal candidate will have a drive to understand and improve business processes, identifying where we can change or simplify things to improve the experience for customers and AWS staff.
You'll be comfortable proposing and running experiments, and working with others in the team to collect and analyze data, and evolving things based on those findings.
This role requires excellent project management skills and strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong bias for action, and not be afraid to dig into the details.

The role can be based in locations where AWS has a presence, including Arlington, Austin, East Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Sunnyvale, and Santa MonicaKey job responsibilities Work with stakeholder teams to align our plans to strategic priorities and customer needs, ensuring our programs cover these areas.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to onboard them into our programs and products, and create repeatable mechanisms to scale the onboarding process for new teams.
Own the content management lifecycle, gathering feedback on content and working with teams to ensure that feedback drives content improvement.
Manage the timelines and communicate expectations around the content lifecycle.
Create and own communication channels to content owners and facilitators, working with others in the team to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with new developments.
Review performance of the program and identify process improvements that reduce or remove manual steps and effort.
A day in the lifeIn a typical day, you will work with other teams within Amazon Web Services, explaining the value of the ImmersionDay program to them, and helping them plan a new ImmersionDay.
You'll evaluate existing content and any content feedback, ensuring the feedback is addressed by content owners.
You'll keep across metrics that show how content is being used, and identify where content is being underused or could be improved.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
