Sales / Marketing - Product / Market Research Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated product marketing professional to join the fast-paced Mass Spectrometry Division marketing team. This is your opportunity to join the team that's bringing differentiated MS products and workflow solutions to help our customers increase their productivity. As a member of this high-performing team, you will be responsible for instrument controls and acquisition software on all mass spectrometry platforms. You will work closely with our worldwide R&D, marketing, sales, and business unit management teams to set strategy and build foundation for future digitalized laboratories. To accomplish this, you will have the responsibility to:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer workflow needs through Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and market trends Set detailed software product requirements and timeline for the development of driver, ESW and instrument control for all mass spectrometry platforms Partner with cross functional team to align on product development across R&D, marketing, finance, manufacturing, customer support, and sales Partner with other product managers to define requirements to achieve unified compliance Streamline acquisition software portfolio and ensure customers' success. Work with internal and external customers to get critical feedbacks and beta testing Supporting product commercialization including collateral creation, training and outbound marketing activities Requirements Minimum bachelors of science or equivalent University degree, Masters degree or Ph.D degree preferred 6
years demonstrated experience with product management/marketing/sales of mass spectrometry instruments or software Past success of working collaboratively across the organizations to develop effective market strategies and programs that meet revenue forecasts and growth targets Ability to prioritize business goals and align to timelines. Demonstrating leadership to influence priorities based on strategic direction Technical knowledge of GC/MS and LC/MS instrumentation and applications Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and ability to connect with a global team, with individuals at all levels in the organization Ability to travel worldwide; more than 25% travel required, including international travel (once travel resumes)
Salary Range:
$130K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
