2 Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description A Technical Account Manager serves as the primary contact for key clients working closely with Sales Account Executives.
End users of the Exensio client software are typically Yield, Device, Process and Defect Engineers Develop relationships with key customers at multiple levels, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors Support sales in expanding products sold and increasing business with existing strategic accounts as well as winning new business by taking initiative to drive change (improvements) Manage all pre and post sales activities for strategic customers Work closely with the post sales delivery& support teams during project execution Specific responsibilities include:
Manage customer expectations, measure / monitor key account metrics, coordinate Drive regular business and technical reviews both internally and with customers Drive presales activities including software demonstrations, analysis, ROI Drive value with customers by helping them use Exensio to identify and solve yield problems, analyze data Build and execute project plans for all of the above activities Develop case studies and custom training material based on customer data Required skills and experience 7
Years in Semiconductor Yield, Device, Product or Process Engineering BS in Electronics Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, IE.
MS Preferred Strong semiconductor Yield, Process or Defect Engineering background Experience working with cross functional fab teams (e.
g, Process, equipment, metrology, defect, etc) Excellent oral and written communications skills Ability to listen and comprehend the customer's needs by being an effective communicator Highly professional, self-motivated and self-managed individual who knows how to both lead and follow as appropriate Statistical analysis of semiconductor data using a Yield Management System (dataPOWER , Exensio, Klarity-ACE, Yield Explorer, YDI Genesis, Data Conductor, etc.
) or a Statistical software package (JMP, Splus, SAS, etc.
) Solid background in the use of basic statistical methods (ANOVA, t-test, correlation, Cpk, etc) International travel required Job desirables Experience implementing / overseeing Tiger teams to solve yield problems such as baseline improvement, variability reduction, excursion recovery and prevention Experience in more than one area of semiconductor manufacturing Experience with non-logic / CMOS device manufacturing (e.
g.
:
SiC process experience) Online FDC system experience (setup, deployment, OCAP, etc) Fab costing model experience Previous experience in value based presales of technical software and / or cloud based software solutions Previous experience with PDF software such as Exensio , dataPOWER , or Maestria tools or Tibco Spotfire is highly desired Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques (Regression / modeling, DOE, data mining, etc.
) Experience with project planning software (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc) Experience with CRM software (salesforce, service cloud, etc) Quick Apply.
