The ideal candidate is a self-starter, prepared to work on innovative opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
They can collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Solution Architecture teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
The candidate will possess excellent written and verbal presentation skills, and be comfortable engaging with C-suite executives.
This role will help to define our strategy for Enterprise customers, and develop relationships with this key customer segment.
Key job responsibilitiesEngage with enterprise customers to confirm their requirements and fit for our services.
Collaborate with product teams to understand the intersection of our product roadmaps and enterprise customer needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization (senior leadership, solution architects, business development, and marketing, support, external partners, etc.
) to accelerate adoption by enterprise customers.
Develop successful customer outcomes that will serve as case studies or other forms of referencesAbout the teamBuy with Prime is helping people re-imagine the way they shopwherever they do!
