Program Manager I

Duties:
Engage closely with CX Product Managers to successfully execute on CX initiatives.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of critical programs.
Drive CSP daily scrums, scrum-of-scrums and sprint ceremonies on a regular basis and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned with the set of programs and priorities and informed of planned schedules for new or enhanced offerings.
Plan and drive the Customer Support Portal (CSP) Roadmap.
Manage dependencies with cross-functional team members.
Build & manage Program schedule, timelines, stakeholder engagement and drive trade-off conversations with senior leadership.
Create JIRA dashboards and communicate program updates to senior leadership.
Effectively track and lead multiple CSP programs simultaneously.
Develop deep relationship with cross-functional teams.
Skills:
Prior work experience with CSP, NPI, Licensing products or product development.
Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience in an Agile environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex programs simultaneous.
Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence.
Must have experience in driving daily scrums and agile ceremonies effectively.
Ability to set priorities and recommend trade-offs to keep teams focused.
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, and a preparedness to take on what is needed to get things done.
Being able to influence & lead teams in a matrixed organization Experience working with cross-functional business teams to launch new services or products.
Realtime working experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Domain knowledge on network security service offerings is a plus Education:
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent education/training/experience.
Required Skills :

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
