Process new hires, terminations and employee data changes in the company system.
Prepare onboard and termination documents.
Maintain records of employee attendance and leaves.
Maintain accurate and update department code guideline, patent and HR related invoices.
Assist with other HR related duties as needed.
Administrative Make travel arrangements for management such as booking flight, car and hotel or restaurant reservations.
Answer phone calls, schedules conference calls/meetings and support visitors.
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Maintain calendar and send out holiday notice.
Perform Administrative related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Associate degree, additional qualification as an HR or Administrative assistant will be a plus.

years in human resources or administrative preferred.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
