Summary:
We're looking for a self-starter Sr.
Field and Partner Marketing Manager who will be responsible for helping lead Druva's field marketing strategy across the North America (NAM) region.
This role is focused on working with the field and partner sales teams, getting our channel partners attached to drive marketing initiatives, participation and increasing adoption/expansion at our most strategic enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Sales leaders, and field reps to develop territory plans for assigned region:
Responsible for partnering with sales management (Acquire, Expand, Partner) to identify top priorities each quarter and build field marketing plans to address needs Execute the field marketing plans to achieve marketing goals Work closely with marketing peers across departments to inform and run vertical/horizontal/core field campaigns in the field Regular broad communications to the field and reoccurring meetings with sales leaders to ensure alignment Proactively analyze marketing/sales metrics for region (leads/pipeline/etc) and with regular cadence, present findings back to sales leaders Spearhead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing to drive account and territory goals Track and measure quarterly success of plan.
Lead conversation around revision of plans based on findings.
Work across Demand Generation Programs, Key Marketing Plays, and Alliance/Channel Marketing teams to create marketing campaigns that address territory needs:
Develop strong relationship with Partner Marketing to identify partner resources to fill knowledge gaps for regional campaign needs Identify and execute regional trade shows that support marketing goals against vertical and horizontal audiences Execute against field marketing plan for region:
Develop creative marketing suite of programs based on account, territory, campaign based needs Contract and negotiate with event venues on schedule, room, AV, F&B etc.
Create marketing message in promotional materials Develop HTML invitations and event landing pages Develop new ways to positively impact the sales pipeline through creative deliverables.
Manage quarterly regional marketing budget and prioritize areas of expenditure based on needs of territory and national priorities
Qualifications:
Experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Proven field marketing background.
Experience with SFDC with the ability to track campaigns, leads, conversions into pipe and pull reporting.
History of partnering directly with field sales to achieve shared objectives Travel.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $156,000 and $208,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
