Summary:
Trident Security Solutions is seeking a Timekeeping Administrator to join our team in Cupertino, California.
In this role, you will report directly to the General Accounting Manager in our Corporate Office located in Huntsville, AL while working side-by-side with the Trident Leadership and employees in California.
We are searching for a self-motivated, independent individual with excellent customer service and communication skills.
The Timekeeping Administrator is responsible for one of the most important positions in Trident.
The Timekeeping Administrator must be the expert in Timekeeping & Time Reporting in order to ensure we are paying our employees correctly and accurately, and that we are billing our customers per the contract.
Essential Duties/Tasks:
Responsible for validating employees accurately recorded and reported time worked.
Responsible for maintaining, updating, verifying, and monitoring employee hours worked on a daily basis within the Company's timekeeping systems.
Responsible for ensuring appropriate approvals and/or comments are included, as needed per the Timekeeping Policy.
Collaborates with leaders and employees at the assigned site as the Timekeeping Expert, providing guidance and education to ensure the Company's Timekeeping & Time Reporting policy is being followed.
Routine responsibilities include but are not limited to processing approved timesheets, generating time reports, processing time adjustments, monitoring time charging activity, and reporting on any timesheet irregularities.
Ensure timesheets are verified daily and that they are submitted to the Corporate Office per Trident's policy and procedures.
Report any timekeeping irregularities to supervisors for further investigation.
Answer questions and provide information as needed, referring and escalating issues to the appropriate resources.
Perform all other duties, as assigned Skills/Abilities:

Working Environments/Physical Requirements:
Long hours on a computer/laptop and using a computer keyboard.
Regularly required to sit, stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
May be required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds.
This job may require the ability to travel frequently between client buildings and/or campuses.
May be required to drive a company vehicle between sites or to run errands.
Flexibility and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, when needed.
Reporting Structure & Classification:
The Timekeeping Office Administrator in Cupertino is a full-time hourly non-exempt role that reports directly to the General Accounting Manager located in the Corporate Office in Huntsville, AL.
The Timekeeping Office Administrator reports indirectly to the Operations Manager for the Standard Assistance division in Cupertino.
