Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Assist in budgeting and financial management tasks - Handle payroll processing and employee timekeeping - Develop and implement training programs for new employees - Provide administrative support to staff members - Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls - Maintain filing systems and ensure proper organization of documents - Assist in human resources tasks such as onboarding and employee benefits administration
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role - Proficiency in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with financial management software, such as QuickBooks - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to develop and deliver training programs to employees - Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures - Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications (e.
