This is a full-time hybrid role, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday and remote work on Thursdays and Fridays.
The successful candidate will have experience in commercial/industrial property management and will be proficient in using Yardi.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of commercial/industrial properties, including tenant relations, leasing, and property maintenance Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure the property is properly maintained and managed according to established procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant and property records using Yardi software Respond promptly to tenant requests and concerns, and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting and rent collections Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on necessary repairs and maintenance Participate in leasing activities, including showing available spaces to prospective tenants and assisting with lease negotiations Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in commercial/industrial property management Proficient in using Yardi software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and regulations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you are a motivated individual with a passion for property management and a desire to join a dynamic team, please apply today.
