Then join the Connectivity Firmware Performance team!Key QualificationsStrong understanding of WiFi or Bluetooth, BLE protocolsExperience working with wireless sniffers, protocol analyzers to debug and root cause issuesBackground or research experience in RF, Digital, Wireless communicationsExperience in python for data analysis and visualizationProgramming in C or C++Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suiteDescriptionYou will be working closely with multi-functional teams to identify the right WiFi firmware design to implement based on lab and field data. The work involves devising performance evaluation methodologies on SW/HW prototypes, analyzing logs, identifying trade offs based on various options to make recommendation on the final design.Education & ExperienceBachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Masters or PhD preferredPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $130,000 and $242,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
