High-Speed RF Engineer

The High Speed RF Engineer is responsible for design and modeling of the electrical signal transfer in high performance computing system.
The role requires abundant RF circuit design and manufacturing experience, deep understanding of high speed signal process, dispersion, loss and correction.
Optimize design, including packaging and material tradeoffs.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecting and designing high-speed mixed-signal communication circuits using state-of-the art process technology.
Simulation, verification, evaluation, debugging and characterization of complex high-speed communication transceiver assemblies.
Projects also may include IC layout and silicon characterization, prepare test methods and specifications, assist in preparation of application information, data sheets and demo boards.
Develop solutions to complex problems through assessment of various techniques and approaches.
Involved in routine communication with others to solve problems and present information as well as active participation in work groups, providing ideas and helping to achieve teamwork.
Functional Knowledge1 to 5 years of experience designing analog/digital circuitsStrong background in communication systems, analog circuit design, semiconductor device physics, Cadence design tools, IC layout and laboratory test equipment is preferredKnowledge of PSPICE or HSPICE and MATLAB and Cadence Analog design tools.

Salary Range:
$140,000.
00 - $192,500.
00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
