Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

QualiTau is the leading supplier of reliability test equipment and services offering comprehensive turn-key solutions, which cater to the current and future needs of Quality, Reliability, and Technology Development groups within the semiconductor industry.
This is a part-time position.
Schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:
30 am to 2:
30 pm.
Responsibilities:
Greeting employees and visitors while ensuring compliance of set protocols for COVID-19 and other federal/state/local requirements.
Handling incoming calls and operating a switchboard.
Receiving and sorting daily mail.
Maintaining and dispersing office and common use supplies, ordering as needed following established methods.
Organizing general office tasks/activities, such as employee birthdays, business cards, and building repairs.
Maintaining several intracompany databases, such as NDA log.
Assisting Materials team with overflow work, including data entry and misc.
materials processing tasks.
Assisting Purchasing with order past dues, database update, purchasing from select suppliers, etc.
General clerical support for Operations department as needed.
Skills/Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.
g.
fax machines and printers).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
