ly/3UKSVGl Description This candidate will be the first person people see when they enter this clients office They will not be answering or making phone calls, but greeting people checking them in and getting them where they need to go Provides support for reception and guest services, mail services, phone, meeting rooms and location services.
Greets and announces clients, applicants and visitors.
Assists with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms.
Coordinates setup of conference/meetings rooms.
Performs general clerical duties associated with distributing office faxes, packages and mail as required.
Maintains neat appearance reception area, conference rooms caf and other common areas.
Arranges equipment service as needed.
May arrange convenience/hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations, etc Conference room set up or event set up would be a plus More than one year of experience 1
years in a professional hospitality front facing role HS diploma.
