Our client, a leader in the IT/Electronics renovation industry, is currently seeking a VP of Sales Operations with a demonstrated ability in building a world class National Sales Operations in the e-waste industry. This position will be responsible for the creation and deployment of sales programs to target high profit customer segments. Relocation assistance is available for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build a National Sales team to outperform competition
Recruits to get the best talent
Monitors performance of staff, evaluating and training as needed, and exiting underperformers.
Creates contests, programs and incentives to motivate team to outperform
Modifies/improves sales structure as necessary to optimize our go-to-market
Develop the Sales Management processes to grow profitably:
Develops annual and quarterly territory/account planning and goal/quota setting
Schedules pipeline reviews and activity/call reports
Performs monthly sales forecasting
Develops price structure, approvals, controls
Develops and administers commission/compensation programs.
Programmatic Sale Targeting - to take share in identified customer segment.
Develop segment sales strategies to execute ECS market strategies.
Develop prospecting, selling and closing programs/tools to improve our win rates for specific growth programs
Develop program incentives for new segments to motivate the sales team.
Review, analyze and take corrective action when the results come in
Other
Guides preparation of sales activity reports and presents to executive management.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or Engineering.
Minimum of three years sales management experience, and at least ten years sales-related experience.
Responsible for >$50M in annual sales quota
Worked in a world class sales organization
Demonstrated track record of getting results
Worked in B2B technology sales, preferably within the IT or e-recycling industry
