Cinder Solutions is looking for a solid Build Technician to fill a role for one of our growing clients in Santa Clara, CA. This is a full time, 40 an hour a week position. We offer all full time employees a full competitive benefits package that includes PTO and Healthcare coverage.
Job Description:
Software Validation position as part of our clients' Imaging and Camera Group.
Responsibilities:
- Build of FFRDs, RVPs, Customer Prototypes
- Replication of customer/Engineer reported HSD bugs. Filing/update HSD bugs on issues
- Automation of tasks using any scripting language (shell, python preferred).
Required Skills:
- Scripting experience
- Spreadsheet reporting experience
- Any windows OS installation up to Windows 8.1 experience
- Android use and build up experience
- Able to drive given tasks on their own with little supervision
- Out of box thinking is a plus.
- Solid and quick learner
- Able to handle multiple items/issues at once (multitasking).
Preferred Skills:
- Engineering validation background at Intel is a plus.
- Software QA or Q&R R&D work.
