We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, Account Management to join us in our Santa Clara, CA office.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the marketing account lead for an industry portfolio of select accounts
Coordinate day to day account management activities including maintaining account plans, monitoring the sales pipeline, administering account team meetings, and preparing client facing deliverables
Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and collaborates with KPMG staff
Participate in relevant internal and industry networks related to assigned accounts while representing KPMG in the local marketplace
Track financial metrics and reports on account team activity and progress against short and long term goals
Participate in the marketing, communications, and sales-enablement needs of various go-to-market initiatives benefiting the local market
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of business development or account management experience; preferably within a professional services environment
Advanced knowledge of marketing strategy including the development and implementation of strategies behind marketing products and services
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Experience working with client and prospect management tools and software
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
