Picarro, Inc. has an opening for Senior Technical Accountant in Santa Clara, CA.
Duties: Apply understanding of (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)) accounting for revenue recognition to distill complex, technical accounting material into clear, articulate and relevant recommendations for senior management. Proactively participate in month-end close, preparation of reports and analyses for the Board of Directors and management, quarter-end revenue optimization task force and the yearly budget process. Supervise the order administration, initially directly processing order entries while optimizing the quote-to-cash process in preparation for growing this team.
Requirements: Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Auditing or related field followed by 5 years progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or accounting/analyst related occupation.
Experience must include:
1. Fraud analytics
2. AICPA/PCAOB/SEC Compliance
3. Auditing (GAAS)
4. Internal controls (COSO)
5. IT system auditing
6. FASB Guidance
7. Data Analytics (ACL/SAS)
8. Accounting (US GAAP)
