My name is Candace and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Financial Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Santa Clara, CA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Supports the overall rebate/GPO administration
Monitors rebates/GPOs to be paid and ensures payments are accurate, timely, and within approved guidelines
Reports key metrics and rebate/GPO reporting to marketing and field organization
Supports National account activity in regards to account maintenance, and internal/external reporting and general analysis
Responsibilities:
Ensures and maintains rebates/GPOs in SAP and/or related systems for all approved agreements to document rebate/GPO contracts and transactions
Collects, compiles, and analyzes data to ensure accurate timely calculation and payment to rebates/GPOs in accordance with signed contracts
Identified and resolves rebate/GPO discrepancies by interacting with various sales representatives and customers
Develops rebates/GPO strategies and policies and provides advice and expertise in regards to past successful agreements and future options
Develops and maintains rebate/GPO databases to report key business metrics, rebate/GPO payments, trends, and other performance criteria to marketing and field management
Compiles and analyzes data for sales teams to support the National Account Activity
Recommends and develops policies and procedures related to rebate/GPO business administration to ensure efficiency, and accuracy of operations
Evaluates data to create monthly and ad hoc reports for marketing and field management
May interact with director of National Accounts and pricing managers to clarify specifications and resolve questions in administration of National Account agreements
May demonstrate basic project management skills by acting as a project lead on small, well defined projects.
