Navisite, a Charter Communications Company currently seeks Channel Sales Manager for our Business Class Sales Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

The Channels team at NaviSite, A Charter Spectrum Enterprise organization, is expanding and looking for a dynamic, highly motivated experienced Channel Sales Manager to join the team.
Reporting to the Director of Indirect Channels, the Channel Sales Manager will develop a new focused territory in the Atlantic region to drive the NaviSite partner value proposition into new VAR and Agent accounts, deliver tools and messaging that support partner onboarding and enablement, and accelerate selling. The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit VAR and agent partners, accelerate the onboarding and enablement of partners to drive incremental NaviSite business. This is a new territory being developed.
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for:
Pipeline management and Quota attainment
Identifying and recruiting qualified partners
Ensuring a clear GTM strategy is set with the partner early in engagement lifecycle
In collaboration with Channel Marketing, driving demand with agent and reseller partners for NaviSite services
Developing and executing sales enablement/training plan for partners
Collaborating NaviSite sales and technical teams to close business
Building and maintaining relationships with partner sales teams and sales executives to keep NaviSite top of mind.
Qualified individuals will have:
A track record of exceeding direct and indirect sales quota; managing strategic partnerships; cultivating new territories and partnerships
8-12 years' direct and indirect selling experience in high tech environment, preferably from a managed services or cloud provider. Must demonstrate comfort level and knowledge of cloud/Managed Hosting technologies and market.
Be a creative thinker, problem solver, possess a winning attitude and be highly motivated by the sale.
An Entrepreneurial spirit; enjoys an autonomous work environment and taking charge of his/her business
Comfortable working at the c-level to advance NaviSite's value proposition and overall strategic relationships with partners.
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills
Existing VAR and Agent relationships a plus
SFDC experience preferred
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree a plus.
