Non-Technical Project/Program Management II - (B2)

Provide part-time administrative support (15-20 hours/week) to Global Community Affairs Team responsible for effective grantmaking and employee engagement aligned with company's core value of operating with Responsibility and Integrity.
GRANTMAKING
Interact with grantees & grant seekers regarding grants management software (Cybergrants)
Generate giving reports, analyze data, prepare presentations of data
Create executive summaries of grants; Coordinate annual grant ranking (fall-January)
Track impact reports ensuring timely submissions
Perform due diligence on grants requested outside US, coordinate cross-functionally to ensure compliance
Support Foundation Board and Committee Meetings including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, drafting notes.
Collaborate with finance manager to ensure integrity of payment data included in grant management tool and generated reports
EVENT and BRAND SUPPORT
Community Ads:
Track and coordinate production & placement of logos, ads, etc
Media:
Monitor and capture placement of stories, ads, etc
Sponsored Tables:
Coordinate with staff to seat event guests; serve as liaison between event & guests. Maintain events listing.
Best of Lists:
Complete submission for philanthropy surveys and rankings including CECP (March), Business Journal, Business Times (April); Coordinate with staff on other surveys
Applied Events:
Assist with logistics - may include security, registration, catering, facilities
COMMUNICATIONS and EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Contribute to creation of content relating to grants, employee engagement, special events for internal use
Support employee engagement programs and activities
ADMINISTRATION
Develop, implement and train others on systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency

IN THE IDEAL
Knowledge of and experience in corporate and nonprofit sectors. Program and event management experience. Strong relationship building and team building skills. Detail orientation with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in Excel, Word, web-based programs. BA/BS or related work experience. Ability to work in a changing environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
