The Digital Lithography Group is seeking an energetic candidate who would like to join our team to support the development of a new lithography technology targeting the display market. This position performs work independently and receives guidance only in moderately complex situations. The person will need to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of and experience with basic lithography process, operation and calibration of complex lithography systems, and ability to support lab activities. The person will provide instruction, guidance and direction to colleagues with less experience and will also receive directions/instructions from others and is expected to complete the assignment promptly with high quality. Will work independently to identify technical issues and opportunities related to digital lithography
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a variety of difficult process engineering experiments, within safety guidelines
2. Perform hardware characterization on a variety of difficult systems, within safety guidelines
3. Troubleshoot a variety of complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues
4. Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations and technical reports
5. Interact with customers to resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues/problems with limited supervision
6. Implement new technology, products and analytical methods related to digital lithography
7. Perform operations in the wet lab including manual development of exposed panels, spin coating resist
8. Responsible for using hazardous chemicals and disposition following safety guidelines
9. Travel to customer sites to support system installations and customer adoption of the technology in production
Functional Knowledge
Demonstrates in depth conceptual understanding and practical expertise in lithography and broad knowledge of related disciplines
Previous experience operating lithography equipment and processes is required, with direct write technology preferred.
Experience with photomask data processing and photomask related metrology is preferred.

Bachelor's Degree
7 - 10 Years of Experience
