Hi everyone! URGENTLY looking to sublease this single room on Poplar St in Santa Clara (five person house). (there are also two other single rooms available in the house!)
Available July 15-end of December (willing to look at both short and long term leases!)
Rent: 1450/mo + utilities
Four other tenants will share the house (two other confirmed occupants through this duration are male). The tenant of this room would share a bathroom with the two other single room tenants (not currently filled).
Other notes: walk-in closet, spacious backyard, lemon tree, basketball court and parking spots all available for use by tenants

interest in the property the fraudster will ask you to wire money for a deposit, verify funds, or other
legitimate sounding reasons.
